The SEABURY at FIELDHOME is a luxury Assisted Living facility constructed in 2003 on the 100+ wooded acre Fieldhome campus located on the border of Cortlandt Manor and Yorktown, NY. The beautiful 80 apartment residence is custom designed by an award-winning architect and is divided into two distinct and separate units – one offering Licensed Assisted Living and the other offering Memory Support.
The SEABURY Assisted Living offers the very best in care and amenities you’d expect to find at a first class facility including gourmet dining, a fitness program, free transportation, social activities and weekly live entertainment – all for one all-inclusive rate. The program is tailored for individuals who either require or prefer to live in a comfortable, safe and upscale setting without the worry or work of everyday chores.
The SEABURY Memory Support is a completely separate community within the residence that is custom designed to provide a safe independent lifestyle for those in the early to mid-stages of dementia or other related disorders. These state-of-the-art accommodations allow residents to maintain their independence and freedom within a safe and secure environment. A completely enclosed Wandering Garden was newly added in 2006 and provides a safe and beautiful place for residents to enjoy.
Both the Assisted Living and Memory Support programs are overseen by a Physician Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner Administrator. The Seabury is the only facility of it’s kind to offer this high level of medical oversight – a fact that brings added peace of mind to both residents and families.
