FIELDHOME offers Hospice Care to those residents who are in need of Palliative/Comfort Care. Our Hospice Program concentrates on keeping the resident comfortable and free of pain. The program offers help to those with advanced illness in a way that provides comfort, dignity, and support. As a team, we treat the patient in a holistic fashion providing for the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of the resident.
