Welcome to the FIELDHOME web-site. We are excited to share with you all of the many facets of what we call our “community of caring services.” If you have reviewed the information on our many services, hopefully you will have gotten a sense of just how unique and outstanding FIELDHOME truly is. Our unmatched rehabilitation and short-term skilled nursing services are fast becoming the most requested choice for care after a hospital stay. Our traditional long-term care program provides exceptional care for our seniors, and our unique childcare/early learning center brightens our entire campus and then sends the children into the future with a strong educational base and many fond memories.

There is so much to be proud of here at FIELDHOME. We employ nearly 400 staff members here on our 100+ acre wooded campus and last year alone, provided care for over 420 new admissions. Our staff is exemplary and demonstrate their dedication to the people we care for each and every day. We have consistently received excellent survey results from the New York State Department of Health as well as from our own patient satisfaction surveys. Our Administrators and other high level staff have demonstrated their dedication and commitment to FIELDHOME for many years and are extremely valued for their continued contributions.

FIELDHOME is a not-for-profit organization located on the border of Cortlandt Manor and Yorktown, NY, easily accessible from major roadways such as Route 202, the Bear Mountain and Taconic Parkways.
