FIELDHOME is a not-for-profit regional leader in providing post-acute (or sub-acute) inpatient rehabilitation and skilled nursing. A brand new 1,500 sq. ft. Rehabilitation Treatment Center and specialized care overseen by both a Rehab Director and full-time M.D. Rehab Physician (or Physiatrist) are just two of the many FIELDHOME advantages. Our newly renovated and decorated 50-bed rehabilitation wing is conveniently located on the same floor as the Rehab Treatment Center and offers a large number of private rooms. The SEABURY at FIELDHOME is our on-site luxury Assisted Living and Memory Support Residence. The beautiful new 80-bed facility was constructed in 2003 by an award-winning architect and provides a stunning yet functional and safe living environment. Rich in amenities and style, the SEABURY at FIELDHOME is also the only Licensed Assisted Living residence in Westchester with a Physician Medical Director and Nurse Practitioner Administrator. The Memory Support Residence at the SEABURY provides a state-of-the-art safe and enriching environment for those with early to mid-stage Alzheimer’s Disease or other related disorders. One of the unique advantages at FIELDHOME is the on-campus childcare and education center, aptly named THE EARLY LEARNING CENTER AT FIELDHOME. The program provides licensed and accredited care for infants and toddlers age 6 weeks to 5 years old and is open M-F from 6:30 am – 6:30 pm year-round – even in inclement weather. The Program Director has a M.A. in Early Childhood Education/Elementary Education, Montessori Certification and Teaching Background and brings her education and experience to this safe, enriching and home-like environment. A special aspect of this outstanding child care program is the mutually rewarding opportunities for the children and participating residents/patients to interact in our Intergenerational Program.
